The med tech staff was very helpful in finding out why one of their members had left a message about my mother, who is a resident. The original message had been a proactive move to let me know of an incident of mild concern. My mother was fine and the situation was under control.

I like the Kensington a place for my mother. Unfortunately, each time I have been there to visit the dining room staff has been more than rude, impatient, and it's clear that they are not paid sufficiently for everything that they do. Many of the employees at Kensington are wonderful. I truly do feel that being more kind and patient with the residents when they are serving them is imperative. The Kensington is a very nice, clean & safe environment.

My review was intended to be all positive. I apparently misinterpreted note to right, "0/5" to mean 5/5 was to left.

Everyone is so friendly and very helpful. We are very happy that mom has chosen Kensington.

My father and I toured The Kensington recently to consider both assisted living and memory care for my parents. The grounds are very beautiful, with lovely gardens and many quiet areas to sit and relax outside. They seem to have a vibrant and engaged community. There is a wide range of activities, a well equipped gym, and a terrific menu in the dining room. Natasha Montazeri has been so helpful, supportive and patient as we have been working thru this process, which can be quite difficult.

I had a pleasant experience visiting my aunt here. Natasha was especially helpful and the community is so warm and inviting!
